where is the MD board at? i bet it must be crazy right now

I dozed off when te Maryland Offense ran its first set. Is it half time yet? Nope. MD still has the lead.

Well, looks like we played a cleaner game than them at least... Penalty wise.

makes for an entertaining game when you're not rooting for either team.

Amazingly enough, a close game and an Edsall's defense gets a touchdown.

Give him credit, his defense scores points like few others.

you don't go for 2 until the end of the game when you need it.

Panthers vs. Patriots Super Bowl was the prime example of why you do this.

anyone still here? this is starting to look like a track meet.

Yea, this is a pretty good game. Edsall really getting fired up on some no calls

.-.
Here we go again... "Dream Job".

But it is good to hear "UConn" mentioned so much tonight.

i like this md offense between the 20s; bubble screens don't work as well when you don't have to defend deep.

When two Big East teams play, do they have the big BE logo? I know they started that with the SEC last season, this is the first time I recall seeing another conference's logo.

that's what i liked about what i saw from the huskies saturday. tough to evaluate execution against fordham, but they look they have a good approach to situational packages...

Are you new to the whole Randy Edsall way of coaching?

He gave up on passing at UConn because he never had a decent, let alone good, QB. O'Brien looks great, be very interesting to see how many games he can win with a good QB.

Win or lose, even Crash Test Dummy likes their new digs.

This line of thought is amazing to me.

Who was in charge of recruiting?
Who was in charge of playcalling?

People talk about Edsall never recruiting a QB as if it was anyone's fault other than Randy Edsall. It was his fault.

Look at how many coaches and players have come out saying how much more positive the coaches in state are to their offensive players. To their QB's. Casey Cochran never goes to UConn if Edsall is here. Because Edsall doesn't want him.

And now McDonough talking about how one of MD's LB's is a player that Edsall says "isn't getting the most out of his talent."

Classic Randy. Everyone else's fault. Always demand accountability.

But never, ever, EVER exhibit it yourself.

I hope Miami wins by 50. He quit on the players and had no class. Period.

This makes no sense. He didn't recruit O'Brien, but he has him, and it is a matter of utilizing him. Which he is. If he had a good QB at UConn, whether he recruited one or not, he would not have ran it 100 times a game. You try recruiting a big time QB to Uconn

"You try recruiting a big time QB to UConn"

Be nice if he tried it more than once, wouldn't it? Whatever. He's in the past. Just like Maryland football.
