Looks like we're headed that way...I don't see us losing to UConn three times in a season, esp when 2 of 3 are at FedExForum...but you never know.

Should be a great game! (Hope you guys come back, though)

Necessary to post this now? Some decorum maybe?

I appreciate you as a poster, but your flowers and sunshine shtick isn't going to go over well right now.

Wow. UofMemphis is a good guy.

Maybe a bad time to post though. We're a little upset, you know...

It's cool, you win some, you lose some...beating UL on senior day is a TALL order to fill.

As some point it stops being a shtick and is simply who you are...see Pastner as an example.

In CUSA they do when they are good recruiters.

We're not in CUSA...still notched 5 wins over ranked teams, swept our biggest rival, got some sweet revenge over Larry Brown and SMU...if that's average, I'm down with an average coach.

I guess I'm the only one who expected a few growing pains for us in the AAC...outside of the Houston game, I thought we performed quite well.

Tough one for us….you guys come in playing well nd at home….obviously seeing today's game our direction for the moment is not real good. The 2 wins vs you are out the window, I hate to say I like your chances, we'll see.

I was outspoken about wanting SMU instead of Memphis if it came down to that. That being said, if I told you we would open v.s. 1 of the 4 big teams in this league...who do we matchup best with? It is Memphis. But the challenge is they want revenge and are at home.

Don't take it personal Memphis. One of the great things about our old tourney was meeting and partying with the enemy. Wish I could make it this year. Somebody will be happy Thursday night!

UMemphis seems to be a decent enough poster. But understand this: UConn will beat Memphis three times in a row...

Average coaches don't win 76% of their games while knocking off ranked teams...

i think Pastners record is like 5-16 against top 25 teams throughout his career at memphis so far. so yes, he beats 76% of okay teams, not many good teams. good fa him.

Well bad news in that case is the team we threw out there today is ripe for the "okay teams" beating…….and they weren't even okay!

Pastner has 6 top-25 wins...but teams ranked 26-40 aren't exactly "chopped liver"

Josh currently sports wins over: #5 OK State, #7 Louisville, @#12 Louisville, #18 SMU, #23 Gonzaga, #25 St Mary's, Tennesseex3, LSUx2, Miami, Xavier, St John's, Harvard, Belmont, etc

From power teams to mid-majors...Pastner has some really good Ws
