IMO This is the first game since her injury that Mo looks back up to full speed and comfort. She's putting on a show.

She has a very smooth and consistent shooting stroke. And she's no longer afraid to let it go. How do you not just love watching this!

KLS misses a three, comes right back with a steal and nice pass to Jefferson for a layup in transition

A scant 34 point lead after three. I wish I had a mug of hot chocolate, then everything would be nearly perfect.

Trivia question - who was leading scorer in 1995 National Championship game?

It's a good question because so many of our players sat out several minutes of that game with foul trouble. Without looking it up, my guess is Sales.

KLS doing it all in that 3rd quarter, a nice drive for a 3-point play a few minutes ago, and then a 3-point shot

Another KLS assist for a Nurse 3 makes it 73-36

UConn has turned into the Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight.

Collier just intercepted a long transition pass like a cornerback.

Precious little to complain about but... Since the first quarter UCONN has only outscored Memphis by 8, including being "down" 3 midway thru the 4th quarter...

Huskies doing well, but getting a little disjointed late in the game. Perhaps some player combinations are unfamiliar.

Jefferson has passed Laura Lishness into 9th place on the assists list according to Megan.

Nice high low pass from Butler to Collier, 76-42

How about Collier and KLS getting to double digits in scoring? Great game for Chong, Butler and Ekmark to get some PT... Memphis is not a bad team. They have some good players and run some solid stuff. They played UCONN tough after a disastrous first quarter.

Really, zero for any of the "boobirds" to complain about in this game. Everyone got to play and everyone got to contribute...!

That makes 99 double-digit wins in UConn's last 100 games.

I missed most of the game - going to have to watch- but Geno way overreacted benching Ekmark. It seems that's what he did - for the shot she took. Maybe it was also for her transition defense. If it was -- then okay. I'd have to see again.

Katie Lou doesn't have to be Breanna. She'll be fine just being herself. However, for the sake of comparison, she's a better 3-point shooter and a better passer. She will never be the shot blocker that Breanna is, but she has a chance to be a dominating offensive player. I would like to see Napheesa get back on her game. Gabby, Katie Lou, Napheesa and Natalie will be key in the tournament. Saniya, if she can stay healthy, will also help. Natalie is the big body that will give Breanna and Morgan rest and keep them from getting pounded. The others give them the depth they need to wear other teams down.
