I went to the Nova game there Jan 2018. Good crowd - reported was 700 shy of a sell-out.

So after doing some quick research it looks like this would be the first sellout since the the 1/20/2018 Nova game. However that was only announced at 15,564.

The last 16,000+ crowd was 3/1/2014 game vs. Cincy which was 16,294.

People are coming to see Bouknight. Immediately after the SMU game Bouk tweeted a picture of a billboard for the game saying “Be there”. There finally seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel drawing fans back in.

Funny story about that game. My buddies car blew up the second we parked in the garage. Spent the whole game in the bar talking to the police/firefighters.

I was at both these games. The Cinci game was more crowded. That Nova game was listed as a sell out but there were a decent amount of empty seats.

The best game in Hartford in my recent memory was the St.Patty's day game in the AAC tourney final against SMU. The crowds and games are starting to get better though - AZ last year, Wichita State this year. There have been some dark days...we made it out.

It's a good one. A guy I know is organizing a get together there, but it's totally open to the public. Should be fun. Russian Lady is good too. And Vaughn's on Pratt Street. Heck, I've hit up the lobby bar at the Hilton and there were fans getting their drink on there too!

You gotta try the Fed. A classic dive. One of the few remaining.

Forget recruiting successes or even a signature win here or there, this is the biggest sign that Hurley is turning around the program.

People are finally excited to see UConn basketball again and have hope for the future.

There are very very few fanbases that can draw 16k for a barely .500 team on a mid-February Sunday against Memphis State.

the UConn fanbase is good. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise (especially other UConn fans)
