I’ve been thinking how hard it must be to come into this program as a senior. I took Kaitlyn and Dorka and Lou for granted. The freshmen come in and they usually have at least a couple others to bond with.
It’s almost like a career change to come to UConn.

This sounds like what we've all heard before about Kim's recruiting, a serious hi-pressure campaign. And posting it without telling her is just another form of the pressure tactics. I seriously doubt Geno and CD resort to such things.

100%. As we all have seen, or not seen for that matter, is picture montages of recruits in uniform, etc, etc, etc. We usually get a few pics after the announcement. Reminds me of USA BB where players don't get to wear the red unis until they play on the women's national team.

I think Azzi inviting Serah on to her podcast, is Azzi’s way of welcoming the upper classman to the team. People are saying Serah is struggling, so Azzi, who knows Serah could be a huge piece of the puzzle, is “taking Serah under her wing”. Like everyone has been saying, leadership shows up in many different ways.

Naw, she's not struggling - just learning to fit in and adapt. She's probably never had this much talent surrounding her on any previous team - ever.

Serah said as much in the presser today, that she's used to being triple teamed in the paint, and now she can actually take her time, size up her options and make a good decision. I expect this will take some getting used to.
