It's a joke when #42 and #51 make the McDs list, but not Colben or Junior.
ESPN's lazy staff barely ever updates their rankings, so of course if those are used, Colben is 40, Junior is 37.
But given the game is in AZ not NY this year, it might be West Coast biased.

Colben definitely got snubbed. Hes a bad man. Kids going to be good. Im going back a long way but one guy i always think about at this time of year when the McDs get announced is Ray Allen. If you saw him play his freshmen season he was incredible. Easily averages 20ppg if he had started. He was great from day one. Unreal he was here for 3 years. Whatever happened to him anyway? Lol!

This year is a little unique as there are multiple top-ranked players who did not qualify due to injury. Five-Star Plus+ point guard Dylan Mingo, five-star forward Baba Oladotun, and four-star forward Qayden Samuels have dealt with various injuries throughout the high school season, preventing them from being eligible to play in the game.

Are you sure? This list Toure at 24 and Landrew at 25, both 4 stars.

You're looking at the Industry Rankings, which combines their rankings with the other major recruiting services. They have Toure #11 and Landrew #15.
Thanks for the clarification. In the end, I will trust Hurley as a recruiter. I think Toure is all about the benjamins, at least that's how it appeared with his dad's comment about the Arkansas visit. Hurley won't get into a bidding war on these kids. He wants kids who want to play for him and not because he overpays to get them.

I get it and we'll continue to do our thing but not getting Toure is a bummer. I think he's going to be a star and he does things we haven't been able to do the past couple seasons.
