Based on the NFL draft, Mcallister just got upgraded to the more valued position.

Apples to oranges here but I remember when Bo Pelini first got hired at Nebraska he moved a running back who was stuck behind a log jam to running back to corner back and he turned out alright. Prince Amukamara ended up being taken 17th overall in the draft. He also moved wide receiver Stanley Jean-Baptiste to corner who got taken in the second round last year. Hopefully we see similar results with Brice
