Marvin Washington: “I had to get my priorities lined up”

That's strange. I thought Pindell was pulled because he couldn't move the offense vs. Holy Cross.

Against Holy Cross the coaches hadn't figured out that Pindell needed to run 20 times a game. They used him as a dropback/rollout QB. He was a mediocre passer at best. If they played to his strengths he might have beat out Sherriffs. But that is all water under the bridge.

More experienced guy? He’s only played one season in the last four years. I think Washington and Krajewski have more games and PT in their senior year of high school than Beaudry has in his entire D2 career. Also, it’s not MW or SK’s fault they got two seconds of PT. Edsall had opportunities to put either QB in numerous blowout games. Im not sold on this guy coming in here and taking over. I’m betting the starter is going to be Washington or Krajewski.

I don't get this post at all. I'm sure Beaudry played a lot in high school too. The point is that he does have more college game experience and the other two have barely seen the field. That doesn't mean that he will win the job, but it shouldn't be ignored.

The point is that even though he played one year at college he was a TE in high school and was asked to play QB in his junior year because of his size. Both MW and SK have played QB since youth football. Both were successful at power house high schools in their home states. And both went to the state championship games in their senior year. Based on everything I’ve read and seen MW and SK have more experience than Beaudry. Hopefully, Randy picks the best player.
