Marquette spread | The Boneyard

Marquette spread

I'm having PTSD from the Xavier line. But yet somehow I feel like a moth to a flame.

Speaking of Xavier, the transitive property bodes well for them -3.5 against Creighton at home. Especially if Creighton's shooting remains cold on the road.

Kalkbrenner/kaluma vs nunge/Fremantle is intriguing

Damn, OK State cost me $464. They were right there too and choked end of game.

I had Wisconsin +6 (alt spread), Kansas State -5, Iowa State ML, Kansas ML, North Carolina +4.5. Everything hit except North Carolina, they were looking good early but fell apart at the end. Was only +768. They didnt have the boost yesterday but its back today.

Wow only 2.5? 3 points less than providence spread. Not good. That means it’s gonna be a close one

Means nothing the way the league games seem to be going. Sit back and enjoy a double digit win!

This, by the way, is why I don't do parlays. They will drive you insane unless you're willing to hedge it down on the later legs if early ones hit.

Round robins are fun. I only throw couch change money at them…

Can’t believe the spread is increasing. Must be many people nationally have not been paying attention. On the road and in conference against this Marquette team and coach, we should be getting points not giving them. IMO if we win it will be an upset.

cant be worse than Mattress Mack putting 1.5 million on TCU ML
I got an email from a sports betting company that TCU was undefeated against the spread as underdogs and Georgia was bad against the spread OOC.

It was then that I knew Georgia would cover.

Companies always trying to set us up man lol

I just don't see how they stop us, factoring in offensive rebounds (especially since you know they've been doing backboard drills for the last week).

But on the road, it should be close. I'm hoping this is a game we have to and do grind out in the last 5 minutes.

anyone know the KenPom projected outcome?
75-73 UConn.

ridiculous a top 25 matchup is relegated to CBSSN
It happens from time to time. Last year PC-Nova top ten matchup was on CBSS. I dont mind, actually think they do a decent job

That's what I'm trying to figure out. I know they are good and it's a road game, but I feel like it's a terrible matchup for Marquette. We are good at stopping what they do well, and they are not good at stopping what we do well. Doomed.

It could be worse in ESPN land. Kansas vs Iowa State not on TV at all.

I treat parlays like the bonus bet playing blackjack. Still bet the games individually, but when I see a group of games I feel good about I throw a little side money down to try and hit a big score.

I missed an 8 way last week because Texas couldn’t moneyline at home and last game of my night I was 7-0 and Texas lost at home as 7 point fav.
OMG, what a gut punch. I thought that game was a gimmie. You can thank Chris Beard for that.

Wow, that's strange. I thought all Kansas games were on TV somewhere. I live in MA and 20 years ago I got DirecTV because I wanted the ESPN college basketball package that had every UConn game. So I'm very surprised that now 20 years later there's a Kansas game that's not on TV. Especially a conference game.

If I go 7-0 on an 8-way parlay and the last team is a decent favorite (so the underdog is +200 or so), that is a snap-hedge for me and taking well over half of the winnings, not even risking it, EV implications be damned.

AT&T bought DirecTV now they are losing nfl football to u tube tv. Best way for a service to move backward is to be bought by a conglomerate.

Agreed, it's a game we should win. Still worry about us playing like dopes on the road though.
