Ice cold first half. Subpar games from Spencer, Karaban, and Castle and we still won by 16. This team is surreal. On par with 1996 and 1999 as far as dominant seasons heading into the Big Dance. Feels great earning the #1 overall seed for the first time in program history. Loved seeing Newton win MOP. What a resume he's built.

We're going to be heavy favorites in the tournament after Houston got smoked and Purdue lost.

Replay of Jaylin during that second half:

Now I know why he took 4 little steps on his second made 3. He couldn’t stop his momentum because of those two things.

What a great team. What a great season. And wow-- Stewart. I used to say wow a lot with the name "Stewart" on the other board but this version of a revised "Stewart" was uteterly magnificent and veyr much appropariate on this board. Magnificent! .

Uconn is a very well coached and disciplined team. They are a legitimate 8 players deep. 8 players that make significant contributions. And they have the best guard duo in the nation. And maybe the best center too.

They wear any team down with their defense and methodical offense. The offense is so difficult to defend.

Big East regular season champs. Big East tournament champs.

With the Purdue and Houston loses, Houston got dismantled, UConn should be the overall #1 seed for the big dance.

6 more wins to go!!!!!!!!!!!!

So many pieces. Great coaching. Strategic thinkers. 19 minutes for Clingan yesterday. Small ball with karaban yesterday. Rubbery legs today. Feed the ball to Clingan. D up and rebound. Young gun with the daggers. Fresh legs good form on his shots.

We have unselfish high IQ players. 8 that can hurt you.
