Imagine paying $41 for a game ticket and $15 to park--for a Georgetown game!

The "unwatchable game" has 68 pts scored after one half. Some people here thought they wouldn't score that much all game. Meanwhile Sugar is 1-7 and GT is shooting 55%.

it's more that I just don't care than it is the game play.

I've heard very tall players can do that sometimes.

But see, people dunk routinely in the
men's game, so if one woman does it from time to time, that will totally bring more casual fans to WCBB.

Nope. I lived there from age 2 to high school graduation plus a 1-year break of undergrad studies--between Lehigh and UConn.

Sugar is now 3-12: shooting her team out of the game, just as Shoni did last night.
 
Serious danger time for Marist. 60-53 St B with 5:34 left. Getting badly out-rebounded.
 
Wow, this is one of the most telling stats of the game:

Novosel alone has had 14 FTA (ND overall has 22), Cal only has 4.

Cal has 15 fouls, to only 7 for Notre Dame.

That is a huge difference
 
Marist is a perfect example of smart and disciplined. Announcers: "Losers go home." Throwing all the canards at this one. Throwing up now.

OMG, Marist missed a FT.

64-63 St. B, less than a minute to go.

Marist can't grab an offensive rebound, and it could easily cost them the game.

Word came down from the league office (ESPN...err, I mean NCAA) and was received..."the face" must advance. :cool:

But, seriously, study your craft...watch a few Bob Costas interviews, try to earn your pay, Less than mediocrity is the norm everywhere you look these days.
