Despite all the bumps in the road, I'm still a big MW fan and still hold out the faint hope that he'll someday be back in the NBA, foolish as it may be to do so.

I think he is one of the 2-3 best points in UConn history, but Marcus Williams still does not have an NBA body. He looks about 15 pounds overweight. Some guys just don't have the build for the NBA.

Talent wise, he might have been number 1 and I loved watching him play, but I have Bazz, Kemba, Khalid, AJ and Doron rated higher. I would have put Marcus ahead of AJ & Doron, but he basically only played 1 1/2 meaningful seasons.

I think you're more likely to see Pete Rose in the Hall of Fame.
