Bryce Hopkins is 4-5 from 3.
I mean that’s unfair to anyone, he just can’t shoot and you can’t game plan for him to make that many.

The refs often dictate the style of game. Tight nickel and dimer, or, let them play. Self and Pitino want to play the same style. The winner is the team that plays that style better. I think SJ does it better.Kansas is cooked
They’ve made 10I dunno what game you are seeing but they having been bricking and airballing 3s much of the game before.
32% from 3. Would you take that tonight? I would.I dunno what game you are seeing but they having been bricking and airballing 3s much of the game before.
Yup. The disgusting reversal by the Basketball Gods is not lost on me either. We are in the twilight zone. We’re St John’s is a knock down shooting team and we can’t throw a rock in the ocean
I am hoping for higher %32% from 3. Would you take that tonight? I would.
I agree with you but only because it’s Duke (or UF)I just can't get past how bad it would look if for the second year in a row, the only programs to make the Sweet 16 are Power 4 programs. It seems to me there's an existential battle being fought, and the tide is pulling against everyone who isn't Power 4, including the Big East. To me, pulling for St. John's here is worth the perceived risk of having to meet them again in an Elite Eight matchup, which doesn't seem to me like it'd be tougher than playing Duke even though they pushed us around pretty good last time out. Plus, I'd rather risk losing to another Big East team with zero nattys in their trophy case and a twilight-years coach than risk losing to Duke, who could tie us at 6 titles.
It doesn't make me feel as bad that UConn could not do it.Have to say I’ve enjoyed watching the Jayhawks struggle to inbound
Me too, but I figure Reed give us enough of an advantage undermeath that 32% would get it done tonight.I am hoping for higher %
It’s $37,500 yearly. It's not used in isolation. If we have 800k allotted for a player (maybe a subpar starter), suddenly we have 1.3mil (a real player). Or it could be the difference in winning a bidding war for 2.5 mil vs. another team bidding 2 mil for a starting PF.
But either way, we're close but not at the full revenue sharing amount for the university and we have one of the most expensive coaching staffs in the country. Every dollar literally counts.
