Auburn being ESPNs current last team in is a joke. That implies they could go 1-1 in the SEC tournament and still be in the field. For me,they would have to win 3 games in their tournament before I would consider putting them on the right side of the bubble

You're going to be the centerpoint of my new campaign. Get ready Hans.

Massive falloff for Scott Drew and Baylor this year. No dancing and likely ending the season with a .500 record

Big XII is just brutal at this point. I hate seeing a team like Auburn whine about making the tournament when they'd have 20 losses in the Big XII.

If Auburn gets in at 16-15 that is crazy. ESPN is not to be believed since they get a nike duffel of cash from the SEC tv deal.

An 11 seed?!?!!? ESPN is moronic
I was curious how many of the bracket projections on Bracket Matrix have Auburn in the field. 13 of the 109 brackets they follow have Auburn in. 12 of those have Auburn as an 11 seed and 1 has them as a 10 seed. Is the bubble that bad this year?

The bubble is pretty bad every year, it's going to stay this way with NIL/Portal per your last article shared. Why there is no point in expanding the tourney. Expand for what? Cinderellas are dead. I could understand the old days where some low seed goes on an emotional run in a much more level playing field. Ain't happening anymore.

It's cute there's math to prove Cinderellas are dead, yet KenPom and NET Rankings have Oregon ranked as the 97th and 102nd best teams in the country. You know, that 12-20 overall, 5-15 in the Big Ten team.

Who you play matters far more than they're willing to admit. Same as it ever was.

The bottom of these power conferences have really bad teams. That won’t change. If you don’t have NIL, you won’t compete. There’s no sneaking in or developing a great roster anymore. If you can’t pay, kid is gone by the time you can find enough good players to surround him with.

2023 ain’t happening anymore - that team was anchored by 2 developed juniors.

I’m honestly not sure how that team would have done in these last two fields. The top of the food chain is stackin.
