We go out to the playground and shoot a half hour of hoops most days, just came back

Jump shot's gone, but my Bill Sharman style one-hander is still quite accurate...I do 10 minutes of layups and reverses under the basket, then 20 minutes of running one-handers 15-20 feet.

My wife, more or less the same but her preferred shot is a Bobby Wanzer style two-handed set shot
