Mac and Cheese U?

Can't sleep but I pose this question to all of us, Is this who we are? Mac and Cheese University? Susan Herbst is transforming this school before our eyes, every time you turn around there is a new science building being built and new research buildings being erected where I can research the wonderful goings on in the Mac and Cheese world. I proudly wore my UConn hat in Wrigleyville Chicago tonight and was only asked about Mac and Cheese, just maybe Mac and Cheese can be our ticket into being BIG?
