From an earlier post: the top 5 maybe 7 teams should be mandated to play each other non-conference.

Then we'd have a clear sense of who ranks where.

If by mid-range jumper you mean foul shot, you are correct. She was 7-8.

She also looked good with her 6 turnovers.

She scored 11 points in the last 7 minutes of the game where Tennessee was up 25+ points. Some might call that mop up time.
 
geesh where do you get these stats from... some follow the Lady Vols closer than I thought, thats strange!
 
Stats are easy to find. They have play by plays. A quick look and I saw that she scored 11 points in the last 7 minutes.

The rest are just from the boxscore

I just follow all the top teams. You want some stats from the ND game too?

Nope, not me. But there are those who do.

When was the last time you saw me posting anything from the Summitt. Unlike others I would prefer an auto deleter that deleted every post mentioning Tennessee or the Lady Vols.

It's not hard to ignore threads about Tennessee.

Strange to look at Tennessee stats? I look at many top teams stats. What's strange is the comments being so nasty about it.
 
Troy is 4-5. It's in sixth place in the Sun Belt. It has only 2 players over 6'0" and neither one of them play many minutes. What's the big deal here?

Someone started a thread about it.

I think the better question is why would someone start a thread about it using that game to say how good they thought Tennessee is.

There is no way that wasn't going to be challenged on this board. It's just the way it is.

No original post, no conversation about it.

I believe that the OP knew exactly what they were doing.

I think it's strange you knew the height of that team.
 
Annaya Moore twin sister of Nia Moore. She played for Troy. She had to stop playing because of her feet. She is a manager at Tennessee now.
 
ETT, you are a riot! Look at how many people are all worked up on both sides of the aisle with just a few provocative comments.:D

Neither UConn nor Tenn would be a match for Troy University's Rodeo team. And their basketball team is making great recruiting strides. They have 2 Freshmen that are 6' 1" so I'd suggest not scheduling them next year.

- Tennessee is better than it has been the last few years
- Tennessee has some very talented players
- Tennessee doesn't play as well as UConn
- Tennessee fans and some non-UConn fans want to brag excessively about Tennessee
- some UConn fans take exception to that

Well, not bad at all.

I am not sure they are better than even LAST year. And I'm positive this board isn't the place to brag excessively about Tennessee.
 
And to think that Burdick was in the same conversation with Kaleena for #1 HS player - mindboggling!!

Well, maybe they were coming out of HS, but that is BEFORE college coaching took affect, which might explain why they performance at significantly different levels now.
