Well Duke lost to Baylor yesterday and Vandy beat Cal. Tonite Tenn/NC State @ 4 on ESPN2 and UConn LVille on ESPN @5:30. A great start to the season.
I think many of us were surprised during the exhibition games to see Blanca and Allie get so many minutes. It kinda hints at what Geno sees in them and is counting on them. Our returning starters along with Serah are going to be special. A new Big 3 which should dominate and draw alot of attention.
How deep will Geno go? I think that depends on the game and where we are. We have newbies that need experience in game situations. Game experience creates team chemistry and continuity. Our starters have it from last season. Chemistry and continuity are built in practice and game situations.
We have 3 really good go to players again. This is a much tuffer game for us because we are playing a ranked team on the road. These games during the first part of the season is where we need to develop our non starters. They will be key in big games and need to be up to speed.
Tonite will show us a little bit but not enough to make a conclusive decision on where we are and where we are headed
