Barring something unexpected (ex. Paige publicly refusing to go to Dallas or coming back for a 6th year), Paige will end up in Dallas as the #1 pick. Their roster isn't great, but it is formidable. They'll have a likely starting 5 of:
C-Teaira McCowan
F-Nalyssa Smith
G-Dijonai Carrington
G-Arike Ogunbowale
G-Paige Bueckers
Bench:
Ty Harris
Maddy Siegrist
Myisha Hines-Allen
It's a borderline playoff team IMO. Front court defense looks weak.
Long term, everything is wide open for the Wings (and the entire league). If people think this offseason is crazy, just wait until 2026 when every single vet will be a free agent. I wouldn't be surprised to see Dallas (and other franchises) clean house and have completely new rosters.
For Fudd, she's still a mystery/wild card IMO. She hasn't really been healthy at all during college and has glimpses of being able to light it up, but is also streaky and has appeared to lack confidence at times on the court. If she declares I think she'd be a first rounder based on potential and her shooting ability, but I could see her anywhere from #4-#12. I think Bueckers/Miles are likely locks for top 2 if both declare (this is also assuming Flaujae Johnson/Betts play their senior year), but after that you have a slew of players that are either 1. good but not elite prospects (ex. Citron, Hailey Van Lith, Westbeld, PaoPao, Ayoka Lee) or 2. they have really good upside but also have question marks (ex. Prince, Morrow, Fudd, Sellers, Malonga, Iriafen, Barker, Rivers, Scott).
I think Fudd's best bet would be to come back another year (if she can stay healthy) and take on a larger role with Chen/Bueckers both gone. Gives her more time to develop as a playmaker and would help boost her draft stock.
