Add 2017 SF Jermaine Samuels to this list of visitors tomorrow night for First Night. List now up to eight recruits.

He's 1b on my personal want list for 2017 after Waters.

Mine too.. Whats crazy is at 6'7 he has the ability to play guard. With his super tight handle.

That's just a crazy list! 8 kids, and only 2 of them are committed already. 6 potential recruits. Just wow. And half of those names are new to me. I can't say enough how incredibly impressed I am with Ollie and his team. Remarkable and spectacular don't seem effusive enough...

Another recruit I was just told that will be here, 2016 C Samuel Japheth-Mathias. Moved to the U.S. about a month ago and is at Vermont Academy. Coach Hobbs was there yesterday to watch him and a few others including Tyrique Jones who will also be here. Was quoted recently saying he likes UConn, UNC, and Kentucky.

Samuel is someone who we could be hearing a lot about in the next year or so. I've been told he's been very impressive so far.

With Samuel there are now 10 expected visitors for tomorrow night.

“I like UConn, North Carolina, and Kentucky because they play smart basketball and it’s good for exposure,” [Japhet-Mathias] said.

And some more names I was just told about from their AAU coach:
2016:
SG Arkel Ager
PF Chris Baldwin
SG Saul Phiri

Will have a complete rundown of all the players and a little info on each tomorrow afternoon.

Did Chris Baldwin reclassify from '15?

Jones is a monster. He looks like he's on a pogo stick, and has really impressive body control.

I can't believe how much talent is coming out of New England now after 2 "down" decades. If we get the best in the region, we'll be set for a long, long time.

Tyrique Jones is another CT. kid who is following Enoch's path from being on nobody's radar to being on everyone's very quickly. He holds offers from K State, Xavier, Texas Tech. Georgetown was in to watch him a couple of days ago, Indiana is interested and Cincinnati just offered today.....glad he will be at our First Night!

Yes he did a little while ago but from what I saw quickly no one has an updated profile on him.
Hey 3, when you get a chance can you add hometowns to the list of the recruits? Curious to see where we're drawing from.

.-.
And was just told of two more visitors that the staff watched the other day. 2016 PF Mamadou Diarra and 2017 SG Hamidou Diallo.

Are these the kids from Putnam in WesMass?

3- you are killing it. Thanks a lot for the updates. This will definitely be a great night..planting seeds - Ollie is Jonnie Appleseed!

At this rate they'll have to move the venue to the Rent. Seating is running out for the fans.

Just love that so many recruits are attending. I still feel that in 2 or 3 years, if UConn continues it's success, KO will win recruiting battles against the elite programs. The AAC argument against UConn will be debunked. And one of two things will happen. More and more top recruits will head to AAC teams to play against UConn making the AAC conference one of the premier bb conferences. Or one or more of the P5 (with ESPN's encouragement) will invite UConn to their conference to reduce competition.

Another visitor:
2018 PG Aaron Clarke who also goes to Roselle Catholic with Nazreon Reid who is also coming.

18 recruits by my count.
