The good news is we can re write this season. Time still left. 9-4. 2 tough games with Marquette and St. John's, Otherwise favorable schedule. Seton Hall twice. Nova and G'Town at home. At Providence is always tricky.

38-10 as a freshmen and essentially the defacto point guard. Might be the best game I’ve seen a UConn player play considering all of the circumstances. Scored over 50% of our points, led us in boards, grabbed the winning board, and iced the game with free throws.

I’d wager UConn would be near undefeated outside Maui if he were healthy all year. It is what it is.

That was the best freshman performance we've ever had from a UConn player and a top 5 UConn performance I've ever seen from a player. He singlehandedly won it for us at a place we've never won in the Hurley era against a ranked team that's won 10 Big East games in a row.

Everything about this kid is special. He's our best player by far, he's our smartest player, he has by far the biggest balls on the team, and he's our emotional leader. The last 7 seconds of that game show everything he's about on top of the 38 point 10 rebound performance. Unreal.

That is the greatest single game performance I have seen in my almost 40 years of watching Husky hoops.

Absolutely amazing performance by Liam! And in only his 2nd game back from a significant injury? Wow, just WOW!

Hopefully Dan Hurley realizes it. It's a conversation for another day because we won, but the ball was right back in Karaban's hands on the possession when we needed to score under 2 minutes, granted he scored on one of the two possessions

Not only did he drop 38 and 10 on offense. But he kept Ashworth in check defensively and made it hell for him to get the ball into Kalk for post ups when we went without a center.
