Clayton is the best clutch player in the tournament but can he do that again against this defense that Houston throws at them.

One of these teams will cone back from behind to win. I'm not sure if it will be Florida or Houston. It's really a 50/50 game.
 
After they beat us it made me remember how many times before our first chip that we lost to the eventual champion in either the sweet 16 or elite 8 so after they beat us I was on the Gator wagon living in Florida, plus I live in Florida and it looks like my oldest son is headed there for college, so I better get used to another college team entering the equation. The only reason I don’t have them in most of my brackets is because I just could not pick against UConn in the second round. Just couldn’t.

But now that Houston beat Dook I gotta have a soft spot in my heart for them giving me so much joy that it would be down right wrong to root against them tomorrow night.

Oh and what @UCTitleTown mentions if FL gets another they get closer to us than Houston winning their first.

I just don't mind Houston winning it all because they really came back from the basement since Sampson took over. The guy had to go out on campus to get students to come to the games. Guy really built that program from the bottom up. That's what makes it easier for me to root for

But if Florida won, I wouldn't care too much either. Play good basketball, likable players. This is a good year to be a neutral
 
Pulling for Houston, though I don't hate Florida. Frankly I like a number of their players. But Houston winning is better for UConn as Sampson is approaching the end of his career. Don't need Florida winning another title with a 30 something year old coach

I'm rooting for coach Sampson. I hope he finally gets a title.

He's a great coach, for the past four years his teams have had 30 plus wins. Something has to give. I hope he gets it done tomorrow.

I hope Houston and Sampson get a title. I feel like they will be playing with a ton of confidence after the Duke game but Florida has Clayton. Should be a fun game.

This will be a forgettable final four. Especially if Florida wins.

I don't expect any of us to have any strong feelings on the outcome, whatsoever.
 
Nah, Sampson has paid his dues, I’d like to see him win it. Plus I win my bracket if Houston wins as I picked them over FL. I’m in the 98% of brackets, may crack 99% if Houston pulls it off
 
I don't care about losing to the eventual champions. We should be past that as a program.

I remember what Houston's arena looked like when we played them early on in the AAC. This is a comeback from zero.

On a personal level, nothing in the game. I'm leaning towards the Cougs but Florida plays great, especially in crunch time.
Nothing ever helps UConn in conference alignment, but I also think Houston winning is a speed bump to the SEC and B1G trying to outspend all the other conferences to win championships.
 
Sampson may be "due", but I'm enjoying Florida's run since beating us more. Clayton Jr is the most exciting clutch player since Kemba and Haugh has been AK on steroids always being in the right place for putbacks, blocks and rebounds.

End of day I probably don't really care who wins but I like the FL players better.

Precisely. I hope the Big 12 never wins another title until they add us. And it’s too bad because I like Sampson and their squad.
 
This is tough. Don't want to see the SEC win it, don't want to see ex AAC foe win it. Certainly didn't want to see Duke catch us in titles and no one wants to see Bruce Pearl win it. Worst case final four in history.

People are saying "well I don't want the SEC or Big 12 to win and I like the Big 10's losing streak and I hate Duke" and I get it but UConn can't win every year and that's basically the entire rest of college basketball.
