With Penny’s circuit connections, the types of kids he’s recruiting and his inexperience with the NCAA I would bet good money he’s committing all sorts of violations. They need to make the rules less complicated, easier to understand.
 
I would guarantee Memphis would self-report something like this pretty quickly.

Things like that never become even a remotely big deal unless it's part of a pattern of disregard for compliance.

Yeah I'm sure coaches report other coaches for recruiting mal practice. Cause that'll make you a lot of friends in the industry.

And lots of friends at the NCAA who definitely want to hear about every little infraction that coaches are committing
 
i believe it was because it was an official visit with akinjo, was quinones on an OV at memphis?
