This can be a meaningless stat for low minute players. Rayah Marshall is a good example of that. Most of her minutes come when the game is lost and the opponent has cleared the bench. I need to catch up with Valkyries games to see where Kaitlyn's minutes are coming. Last time I saw her she was playing great and looked like she was having a blast. Not surprised Phee is here... just an absolute machine.

Interestingly, if we take out Connecticut Sun players from the the comparison, Angel Reese has the lowest +/- total in the WNBA at -162 for 17 games. Paige, on the other hand, whose fellow guards are among the league worst is a+3 despite the losing record. Really ,really good.
