Yes, ECU is. Not to be confused with ECSU, the neighbors down the road.

I believe ECU is one of the top party schools in America also according to SI and others.......
My buddies son goes there and confirms that as well as saying the "hot chicks are in abundance" at ECU..........just a little trivia for those over 50 wishing they had another shot at choosing a school.......
