Kwintin Williams Dunking Breakdown Video

If he can be UConn's version of G'town's Michael Graham from the 1980s, he will be a big help. Play D. Rebound. Dunk the ball. All he needs to do.
I was thinking of the kid on Syracuse in the mid 80's Stevie Thompson

Good news is our version is 6'7" Stevie Thompson was a 6'3" jumping jack, man he could fly as one of the original alley oopers in the Big East.

Stevie Thompson averaged 14 ppg as a sophomore and about 18 ppg in both his junior and senior years when he was a 2nd team all Big East selection both seasons. If Williams ends up being anywhere close to that we'd all be beyond ecstatic!
Some people would complain he never passed the 20 ppg threshold.

I'm less excited about the showtime dunks and more about the hops. If this kid get and maintain position he's going grab a lot off the glass for us. That means more one and done for opponents and more fast breaks for us. Those two things will go a long way in deciding how successful we'll be.

He's a high flyer but not some skrawny kid. Grown man body.

Remember Wilkie McCloud back in late 80's

Only 6'5 but could really get up in the air but not a great player. Still fun to watch on the floor.

After seeing that video, I can only imagine that anyone playing UConn must now be formulating an anti-ballistic missile defense.
