All depends on the game and situation......Kromah is 100X better than Omar on D and also finishes well in transition.......his steal the other night when Indiana was looking to run was potentially the biggest play along with Tylers.......of couese when Omar is shooting the ball well we would like to have him in there but is his offense that much better in which he deserves a lot more time than Kromah? For now I would say no!

The thing about Omar is he started slow last year and then became an offensive force in the middle of the BE season. He was really good. Then the hand injury. I think they need Omar out there.

No doubt the "standing around watching Bazz and Boat" will stop if and when Omar starts making shots again........obviously Omar got some real nice open looks that just didn't go down, we need to get more of those for Giffey. Problem is when you're 13-18 they know where you are! PT for Omar now would seem to be based on his shooting early now.........having Kromah could also be pressure on Omar knowing he's a nice player waiting for PT.......just hope he settles down and starts making open looks because we know he can and need him to!

How many games of his have u seen again???? Had a few 20+ point games against top 25 teams at gw . 6 threes in one half etc. given the chance to consistently play you'll see his offensive game. It is obvious that he gets to the hole with ease. Way better than OC although OC has a nice touch
The most points he had against a top 25 team was 25 vs. #25 Richmond in 2009-2010 as a frosh. The most he has scored against a ranked opponent since then was 12 vs. #24 St Louis last year.

He beat up on the garbage teams pretty badly. But he's not a real scoring threat. I'm not trashing the kid, he can play defense like no other. But if people are expecting him to shoot more after Omar or DD have one bad game then that's not fair. I'd still rather have Omar shooting over Kromah. He is good for energy and defense off the bench.

Agreed but they don't win w/o Kromah Friday night, they did w/o Omar. The defense he brought was huge and there will be other games which will be the same! No matter Omar is required to get some flow on the whole offensive end for this team Won't open up until he becomes a threat again quite honestly. It will help DD too..............and the bigs even!

I think he'll be involved in the offense on the fast break and certain bail-out situations. I don't think we should run plays for him. Defense is his forte though you are correct. He is a mismatch - we can put him on guards and his length just ruins their days.

agree with the notion that OC and Daniels need to improve drastically in making their teammates better. Kromah will be on the floor to end games, very nice glue guy. Probably our best on ball defender

Kromah has been fumbling the ball all over the place on offense. He blew a breakaway against BC because he fumbled away a pass, and the couple times he tried to put the ball on the floor against IU he dribbled off his own leg and the ball bounced around before we recovered it (so he avoided turnovers). His two buckets against IU were both assisted by Boat as well (I remember one - a layup when Boat easily could have taken his own shot but dumped it down to him on the baseline).

He has been terrific on D, so he will continue to have a role to work through whatever offensive jitters he has right now. I am sure he's a better offensive player than he has shown, but he hasn't done anything to deserve the ball more as of late, frankly. Hopefully when he has a good day, we'll find him and he'll get more touches,

Are u saying kromah cant score??? Watch him on offense. They dont pass him the ball. DD never passes out of the double team when kromah is open, Calhoun fuggetaboutit, Boatright fuggetaboutit, only one is bazz that gives him a shot to score.
All the more reason why Bazz needs to be pass-first until we need him.

As a whole, the team seemed to struggle moving the ball around quickly to the right teammates. DD and Omar in particular would first look to create something and then when they couldn't, they'd give it up, but not to make a play but to be bailed out of a tough spot. IMO, as a whole, the offense needs to move the ball around more quickly with the purpose to get the ball to someone who can drive the paint to score or kick it to someone in better scoring position. There was way too much individual taking the man off the dribble while the other four just stood around and watched. I was surprised to see so much of that the past two games since they had been moving the ball around so well the prior four games.

Never had the chance to consistently shoot

He shot 22% from three last year. Good player, but he's not going to morph into some great three point shooter a few games into his fifth year of college.

i see ur point but i dnt think the a-10 is garbage. they usually have at least two ranked teams and usually have one team in the sweet 16 at least. btw what do u think about tonight
