Granted they only played twice so far, KML is averaging only 5.5 points per game. They have defended her like crazy. I hope she is able to go off for big numbers today including a number of three pointers. She is at 375 if I am not mistaken in three pointers made, and is behind Rebecca by 80 points in the all time scoring. A nice 20 point game with 4-5 threes would be so wonderful....

I think it might be the concept, go with whatever the defense is giving you. If they are putting extra emphasis on her, that means that there are other better alternatives to score, so go there, rather than force shots. Team first though I do hope she has a nice game and I'm also pushing for Kiah Stokes to block some serious shots and be the defensive monster she has been throughout her career. I can only imagine the numbers she would have if she were getting the kind of minutes most players near the top of career blocks have had in their respective careers. An amazing athlete and what a great kid, from everything I've heard of her.

Now I am confused.... Looks like multiple sources are saying KML is 6-7 from 3. With 22 points.... I could have sworn one was Jeffersons. But I could be mistaken. She is at 380 or 381 3's. What is the record 392???

With KML's five treys, she's up to 380 for her career. As we've discussed all season, the career record is Laurie Koehn with 392. So she's 13 way from setting the record for what looks for all the world like 7.5 games left in the season.

I'm not sure if she was already, but Kiah is definitely ahead of Tina Charles as the #3 UConn shot blocker of all time.

And I'm almost positive Stewie has 100 assists for the season.

Yes...the announcer and the ESPN box score are both wrong... KML has 5 3s and Moriah should have one but ESPN has Moriah 0-1. At this point KML needs 12 more to break the NCAA record. She needs to average less than 2 per game. KML's confidence seems to be through the roof now. What a way to end your senior year...hope the Huskies can keep it going all the way for number 10. Go HUSKIES!!!!
