Seems that way. Maybe we need a little coaching up from the baseball coaches for all our first pitch candidates.

I think that if you haven't learned to throw a ball properly by the time you are in college (or middle school for that matter) that it's a skill you'll never have. I'm always amazed at how many people throwing out the first pitch are just bad at it. Recognizing, of course, throwing a ball isn't one of the more important skills in life for most people.
