Not necessarily, Cox would be the associate here. That position has not been hired. There's the the HC and two assistants. Presumably there'd be the associate, a director of basketall ops and another assistant to be hired.

Both play for St. Benedict's in New Jersey where Hurley coached high school. This hire could be monumental for our quick turn around.
