First year player, over 7,000 miles from home, tasked to guard one of the best players ion the game, and holds her own against her pulling down, 8 rebounds, playing in front of her parents who are seeing her play college basketball for the first time? What kind of player could pull that off? A badass one.

All the role players. The Big Three filled the stat sheet and outscored UCLA, but the support staff disrupted UCLA and kept the ball in UConn's hands.

BA: Jana. She was fighting for position and rebounds against an extremely difficult opponent and despite Betts scoring 26 points, she had to fight for all of those points.

Several people had good games, but Azzi set the tone early and let it be known who was going to win. That is BA.
