Fudd to Paige to Chen - play of the year!

Wait - Fudd - Chen - Strong just as good!

Jana has to be considered for the BA just for the hard work she put in trying to neutralize Betts, and add eight rebounds. Chen with a steady BA game as usual. Shade with three BA rebounds and a tie-up. That bombardier SS should be considered for just having another atypical freshman game. KK was a BA for some of the shots she took, but kept getting up. That number 5 girl didn’t shoot as well as usual, but she was amazing at dropping down to help cover Betts, and then contest the three-point shots when Betts kicked it outside.

However, clearly Fudd was a game changer in that first half setting the tone, and wins the BA for the halftime interview alone.

My badass award goes to the Smooth Operator...Sarah. All I can say is it's no stopping her!! Sarah is on the list with Maya and Paige for a freshmen having 20 point games...what a great club to be apart of!! Honable mention goes to the team with their great defense!!

This was Jana's BADASS game. She had 8 rebounds, 4 steals and battled the nation's best center throughout the game in what I suggested was a heroic effort!!!

JANA for the win. Very few of us thought Betts would get 26 points yet we are praising Jana's defense, but here we are. Those were the quietest 26 points I have seen ever in a game. Jana had her family support and showed her dad why she should be on the National team. Just a great defensive game by her and at the most ideal time. YES!!!

El Alfy. She didn’t neutralize Betts, but she sure did make her and her teammates work hard. I thought Ice did a great job in her minutes, too, and they give different-enough looks that I think that was an extra wrinkle.
