100% Paige. KK WAS a menace on defense. Great defensive game. But her offense is mostly non-existent. The game might have been closer with no KK, but we could have lost with no Paige.

Q Samuels sat most of the game, being the last one to get in. However, she came in with her chin held high and a high spirited fashion. Four rebounds, a great breakaway layup and tight defense.
I offer this as it is not easy to remain positive on the bench. Kudos to Q. I feel she should get some recognition.

My badass award goes to Paige. Honable mention goes to Roadrunner herself, KK and Q. Paige was her amazing self today. KK was her speedy, pesky and disruptive self. Q is another special player. Even though she didn't get too many minutes, she made the best of her time with back to back rebounding and she even scored.

I would like to add Ashlyn into the HM section. She played very tough defense all game and made an impact with it.

I was surprised to hear the post-game on the radio that Q only had 4 rebounds. I seemed that she got every rebound available. I kept saying "another rebound for Q", "holy cow, another rebound for Q", etc.

Paige for BA. Someone with access to the box score should subtract Paige and then recalculate UConn's shooting. I'd also like to point out that Shade played very energetic and pesky defense. She usually brings more offense to the game than KK.

OK, the team was 26 for 63. Mediocre. Subtracting Paige out the rest of the team was 18 for 51. It gets worse if you subtract Strong out. Are you kidding me? There are 10 kids out there that need to wake up.

On the other hand, UConn never has their best games this time of year. I'll cut them some slack for that reason.

Four rebounds in her first four minutes. Tied for the team lead. She played eight minutes in all.
