Listening to Geno on the post game show on SNY makes it pretty clear that he was happy with all the starters, BUT his comments on Nika indicate that he would vote for her.

Yes, but that is usually a given for her, if it was only her defense all the others would say that's her specialty considering she has been the BE Defensive player of the year the past two and should be this year as well.

YES, NOT STATS: GRIT and "dagger(s) in the heart", especially at
a gut-wrenching moment. A blocked shot, a steal, a clutch basket,

Nika gets my vote. Great bounce back game and she hit timely shots with a key steal and break away layup to extend the lead, getting separation from Villanova which in turn required them to speed up their offense to try to get back in the game.
