Edwards performed like the AA she can be, but my vote goes to Aubrey. Most every time she touched the ball, offensively or defensively, good things happened. A true game-changer who made every minute count.

With a nod to Muhl. I hope her performance last night quiets the anti Muhl crowd.
I’m pretty sure the “anti Muhl” crowd was silenced last season after Nika set the UConn single season assist record, was named CDPOY while playing almost 40 mpg.

Not to mention the muggings Aaliyah took last night and the inconsistency of the refs. To come out of that healthy earns the bad ass nod from me.

Well there’s always a few AH’s around. But for the most part, the sometimes virulent criticism of Nika has ended around here. The vast majority of UConn fans love Nika for her toughness, leadership and ability.

If I remember correctly Nika declared for UConn after Paige. That was enough for me to think positively about her.

What was the expectation for playing time for Nika in most observers minds? When we're up 25 or end of the game?

Thankfully, Nika wanted UConn enough that it didn't matter who was ahead of her in the pecking order.

I have enough challenges without wasting my life reading the AH's posts & comments. :)
