In the WNBL Grand Final Series in Australia, the University of Canberra Capitals beat the Adelaide Lightning 88-67.
Kia led all scorers with 23 points, (5-10 threes). Game two of the best of three series is Wednesday.

There was also a blatant travel by Adelaide that was not called five seconds prior. They do not have instant replay in the WNBL; that may change now.

At least it keeps Kelly's foot in the game; when will she turn to coaching? I wonder if she would find that interesting? Oh, wait, somebody more knowledgeable than I tackled that a little bit a couple of years ago.
