Just noticed Buffalo shoots 52% from the line as a team, with only 2 players hitting greater than 50%. That's got to be an advantage to us in a close game late or falling behind.
Did watch the Florida/St Joe. St Joe 4 pts in first 5 minutes and were behind big in second half and cut it to 2 points late. Blackshear deserved being tossed with a Mutumbo type elbow swing connecting with a head. Florida barely held together. St Joe was like 1 for their first 12-15 from 3. A grinder game.
Forgot to mention how wrong I was about Tyrique Jones from Bloomfield that played with Bruce Brown at Vermont Academy. I saw a 6'7 floor bound power forward who was okay but nothing special. Now for Xavier he is a 6'9 backboard eater, (but does miss layups).
