Were Baptiste and Clarke in for a visit this weekend?

Usually there's a nice article (which I was looking for) in the paper on Sunday morning after a reporter caught up with them......guess they had the weekend off? Or maybe Monday?

Those articles are kind of pointless unless a kid commits. Every visit is "great."
 
So we've now had official visits from comanche, baptiste, clark, and soon to be enoch. Aren't we only allowed 5 total? Would we expect one from Jones or stone? I know Jones took an unofficial, and has an in home with KO so maybe he won't need to take one, but stone has only been once for an unofficial, right? I would think the koumadje visit got pushed to make sure we didn't use up our last one on him unless stone and baptiste went elsewhere, and we needed to turn up the pressure on him again.

The recruit is allowed to take 5 official visits.

I knew that, but thought it was the same for the number a school could host. Just looked it up though, and schools are allowed 12 annually for basketball

Dom's had pretty much every day off since he took the job..
 
Can a mod please update the original post to have September 10th include an in-home visit with Malik Newman.
 
Wait what about the in-home with D Jones? Same day, no? One lives in Pennsylvania, the other in Mississippi

Same day, that's what planes are for. I doubt KO is flying commercial

I'm guessing the Jones in-home will be earlier in the morning then Ollie and whichever assistants he has will fly to Newman's area for the in-home with him in the afternoon.

Was just told Derrick Jones' in-home visit is now Thursday the 11th.

Is Comanche visit still on Thurs the 11th? If so, that would be tough to visit with Newman in MS on the 1oth, then back to Philly on the 11th for Jones & off to California later that day for Comanche.... and back home for Enoch on the 12th?

Either way, I'd love Ollie's frequent flyer miles... ;)

It sounds like he is very thin at this point and can play inside and out (to some extent), so he could end up at the 4. Sounds like he is another top recruit favored to pick Arizona. I don't really know, but what I read made him sound less of raw project in terms of offensive skills than Baptiste or Koumadje.
 
Isaiah Briscoe in-home visit September 16th.

Also, so people know the Newman in-home did not happen yesterday.

:rolleyes:..... kinda getting tired of this crap.... do other schools deal with this as often as we seem to? I understand it might have been canceled on UConn's part.

Yes they do. Relax. Diarrhea is not uncommon on the recruiting trail.

You're better off feeling grateful you're a fan of one of the sport's top 2 programs in the modern era...life's too short to be tiring of poop...

Well diarrhea can lead to dehydration and then exhaustion....
 
I would love to see a decision from Jones soon, followed by Stone and call it a day - except for maybe a guard.
