If this is about Samuel making up work over the summer, then this is about the NYC PSAL, their athletic depts are filled with incompetence. It seems like its rare these days to find a PSAL kid who is all set with his academic requirements by the time his 4 years is up. Lincoln seems to be the only school that actually knows whats its doing.
