I would have called that selection a no-brainer however with the way these selections can go, I held out that anything could happen.

Great to see Kelly's effort recognized by others too! I'm really proud of her and she should be too, although she'll probably credit her teammates for her outstanding defense, like she always does. :)
 
Congrats to Kelly. Well deserved and overdue. Her offense helped get her the Most Improved award.

Yeah, Kaleena is unanimous. She's the best player in the conference.
 
Kelly should have been first team though. And I'd even take Dolson off the list to do it.
 
Follow the careers of the members of the All Freshmen team and see how their resumes compare to Morgan's.

Morgan was injured and didn't get the chance to consistently show what she can do. Her greatness will be recognized during the next few seasons:)

Defensive award is well deserved and fabulous that she is recognized as a most improved player, her offense really picked up and was needed so much this year

If Kelly hadn't gotten DPOY, I would have been very upset. She has worked her butt off for four years and recognition is long overdue. Congrats!

Would love to see Kaleena get POY, but I think we all know it will be skylar. Tough to not vote for the best player on the team that won the regular season championship.
 
No word on the player of the year and Freshman of the year?

If Stewart does not win the Freshman of the year (Which I do not think she will.... ) I hope she uses it as motivation to come out and play.
