Is easily my favorite recruit. I'll be pretty upset if we don't even get a visit. I know he's a Kansas favorite, but wherever he ends up, I'll be a fan. His aggressiveness, shooting ability, and swagger make for an awesome Husky...let's hope KO can close the deal.

I feel the same way. Doesn't look good for us, but we can always dream, right?

He was mine also but when it became obvious he was heading to Kansas I turned to Abu.

Interesting I would take him in a second but I think he is being a little overrated.

And we will have DHam and OC so that changed where I focused. But DHam was out of nowhere whereas Kelly Oubre was looking good at the time.

I've kinda given up on him, but would love to see him as a Husky. He would be the "best player available" type of signee as opposed to the "biggest need" type (AMA). He seems to have high levels of confidence and aggressiveness that could add up to a player who can rise to the occasion and make the big plays on a big stage. It is possible that I could be reading too much into highlight videos.

Of all of the recruits we're involved with, Oubre is the top for me. He has 'it'.

You never know. Daniels was signed out of nowhere so until he signs with another school, there is hope.

After DHam committed and I saw Oubre I agree with most of you, this kid can play somewhere for UConn with DHam in the lineup also. 2 offensive weapons like that in your lineup would be simply frustrating for opponents to handle. Add Rodney, Omar you have many people playing and coming off the bench who can throw up 20 at any given time. I know it's a long shot but that would be wonderful news!

There was a nice picture of him and Kemba on Twitter together the other day that he posted. Meant nothing, but had a few seconds of hope that Kemba would convince him to come to UConn.
