"Kelis plays extremely hard and that's the first thing Geno requires," IMG coach Frank Oliver Jr. said. "You have to be disciplined. We're running a system that's similar to what they do at UConn. She'll be prepared. Her decision to come to IMG as a sophomore was the best decision she could have made. She'll be ready to walk into a college environment.

"She's matured and become more disciplined on the court. Coming in as a sophomore, you're trying to figure things out. But being at IMG for three years her confidence has grown exponentially. She'll be accustomed to the structure that Geno requires."

Great news learning that Kelis' coach feels she is well schooled, tough, and resilient. I had doubts but coach is a good judge of abilities and he's bullish on Kelis.
