This is the kid UConn coaches went to see at the National Prep Showcase 4 weeks ago. I guess they liked what they saw.

Was told he's in the mold of Solo Ball yesterday by a NEPSAC coach I know. Good size, tough, great athlete and defender.

Big question is going to be shooting. He isn't a good shooter now.

Expect Tom to be lead recruiter

UConn’s QB commit joining in on his recruitment

Smaller version of Andre Jackson? Not seeing many highlights of a jump shot which isn’t great for a 6’2 guy but he’s all over the place it would seem, and fast in doing so.

Watching this team's offense with so many capable distributors (64.3% of field goals made are from assists, good for 12th in the nation) makes me super excited for these type of long guards.

Mulready is already 6'4 210 with nearly two years until he steps foot on a D1 court.

Nice two way player..Like how he is enthusiastically taking it to the hole.. SnC and two more years will make him into a really nice fit for us
Agree - I like how Hurley targets his program players(4 year guys in theory) to have certain traits like positional versatility, toughness, passing ability that allows us to build virtually an NCO corp on the team that glues it all together, and this guy looks like one of those types. The keeper of the Culture.

Thanks for the info, but boooo.

Maybe that's because Tahaan Pettiford is going to commit here. Then I wouldn't mind so much. I trust this staff to bring in another excellent class.
Yes agree. I like starting with the guards and building in

Funny, the above highlights gave off Solo Ball vibes.

If true about PC--Maybe Mulready is hearing noise about Pettiford and/or Boogie to UConn??
A commitment from either of them doesn’t seem imminent. They also don’t really overlap as players. Plus Hurley and co. have clearly been pushing for this recruit. If he commits to PC, he likely would just rather play for PC. Mistake
