Karlie Samuelson injured :-(

Well that stinks. Two Samuelsons both out for the season. I tuned in late to the Lynx last game, and was wondering why Karlie wasn't playing.

Dang. She's such a likable player and she is a model case for perseverance and resilience.

Ugh. Very sorry to hear this. She broke her left foot many years ago so hopefully this isn't something related to that.

Though undrafted, Karlie has managed to carve out a seven year WNBA career through grit, smarts, being a great teammate, and shooting the three. Her WNBA three point percentage is 39.2% for her career.

Her real success has been overseas though, with Avenida, the London Lions, and various other stops. I hope that this injury doesn't interfere with whatever overseas plans she has for 2025-2026.

Just sucks! Karlie was having a pretty decent run on the season. She is such an impactful player. Then an injury comes along. Timing. Ugh. Get well Karlie. I just hope that we can keep her in Minnesota one this injury is cleared up.
