All due respect, but did you miss where he said the NBA is his dream? Who are any of us to deny anyone the chance to achieve their dream?He should return with the understanding it’s also a training year for coaching. It should just be an open assistant coach in waiting type situation like what Duke did for Scheyer. He meant that much to the program and has the leadership and teaching gene. Not sure he’s an NBA guy. Definitely a future coach.
He's going to make a fair amount of NIL money, probably more than being a late 2nd round selection or undrafted free agent. Ironically, he probably hurt his draft prospects by coming back last year and has nowhere to go but up.
My fellow Tomahawk is a defensive tweener in the NBA, but he is a superb college player.
