I agree that this probably isn't the job that he was holding out for, but when the SEC comes calling with the proverbial bucket load of cash, you have to consider it. I wonder if he would have rather taken Purdue after Blohm goes to Tennessee.

There is a lot of talent in Mississippi to recruit from and Ole Miss having issues whould make his job a touch easier. I hope he has a good defense mind coming with him with going against Alabama, Auburn and what not.

Fordham coach Andrew Breiner has resigned to become offensive coordinator at Mississippi State.

Acknowledging Fordham's O has been pretty productive most recent seasons, on first news of Breiner's hiring Starkville's cow bells may not ring too much nor too loudly. "Y'all ever done heard of Ford ham? What's a Ford ham? Taste good?"
