I think it certainly wouldn’t hurt us! Programs with more recent national championships like South Carolina or LSU have become more popular recruiting destinations than a program like UConn (with less recent championships). Not that UConn isn’t a top program, but a national championship would certainly boost them in the eyes of up and coming younger players like Jerzy.

As do I. She is an Arizona girl and I'm sure her family is going to consider all the options including the huge benefits at Uconn and tiny costs of winter in Storrs

When they moved to SoCal after her freshman year for high-level basketball I wondered what extent that would shape her road.

Pretty sure she has an offer. She had an interview praising us and SC as locations for success, something she wants in college.
