GW just got an and-1 and leads 27-18.
Kinda interesting that both teams have identical records at 18-13 and 10-6 in the A-10.
GW definitely played a tougher nonconference schedule than St. Joe's, taking losses to USF, Maryland, Syracuse, Princeton, South Dakota State, Mercer, and Vanderbilt.I do seem to recall that GW had played a really tough OOC schedule for an A10 school and got knocked around quite a bit before conference play.
I try to keep reminding myself that it's a compliment to UConn's greatness that they want to keep talking about the semifinal game and not the final.Gag, they are now playing the Miss St takes down Goliath stuff for the 739th time!!!!

GW would be a #12 or #13 seed. They wouldn't play a #1 until the Sweet 16.Can’t help but think that if Jen & GW won this her reward will be #1 UCONN in the first round of NCAA.
NCAA and ESPN will love that storyline.
Right now, ESPN has GW as a #14 seed in Louisville's bracket. If they win the tournament today, their seeding should improve. Can’t help but think that if Jen & GW won this her reward will be #1 UCONN in the first round of NCAA.

Is this Brittany Jackson, former Lady Vol, doing color analysis?
She's good.

Actually, it's Andraya Carter. She's such a natural at commentary. A new Kara Lawson on the rise.Brittany "The Prayer 3" Jackson? 52-37 GW
A finalist in the A10 tourney gets bumped up a few seeds. Plus, GW beat the #1 & #4 in this tournament. There are some mid- major teams that are destined for 15 & 16 seeds.Really. An 18-13 team that is 5th best in the A10 would be a 12/13. Ok. I’m not that much into bracketology so i will take ur word.
