Given how broken up Jaylin is with making the decision to transfer, I just can't see him going to a BE team where he'd have to play us at least twice. I don't think he'd want to do that.
Here is my legit question about all this. ' Is sophomore Nic Khamenia a better player than the senior UConn veteran Jaylin Stewart, and is it just assumed that Khamenia will be the starting 4?'
I feel like part of the answers is also that JStew would've gotten an opportunity to out perform NK in practice. But J Stew couldn't risk it if the staff decided to NK was the best option.
For his future J Stew, needs to play next season. And the staff couldn't guarantee him the strong role that he needed. Wherever he goes, he'll perform. We've seen him perform at times when he got extended minutes and we've seen flashes of talent since his freshman year.
