Nice. He was great player off the bench for us this year with his energy, defense, ability to deflect passes and much improved three point shooting. He was one my favorite players this year. I hope he has an amazing year for us next year.

Great we have out 3 and D guy whether starting or off the bench. He really was consistent for us down the stretch in his role.

I know it’s the way the world works now but seeing the “agreed to a deal to return” will never not be weird for me.

Improved tremendously on defense to the point he's now a lockdown defender or something close to it. Now if he can become consistent on offense and be something like a 9 ppg player as a senior he will take his game to another level.

I'm intrigued by his brother Jacob. Elezaj and Paunovic were brought in just as practice players but I have a feeling Hurley has plans for Jacob but I just haven't heard anything about him from practices. I think he's actually a little more athletic than Jayden.

This is fantastic news. This guy bleeds Husky Blue. He was a solid contributor this year and he got some good experience and contributed positively in high pressure and high leverage moments such as the UCLA game in the 2nd round and against Illinois game in the Final Four. His biggest issue is getting over the fear factor of the games and not letting the moment get too big for him. Hopefully the success in the aforementioned high pressure games carries over and by contrast the regular season games will feel easier for him and eliminate the jitters.

Whether he starts or comes off the bench, he will get good minutes and be a positive contributor next year. I am excited to see him make an even bigger jump for next season.

He became my favorite on the team by mid-season. His tenacity on defense made an instant impact whenever he entered the game. His contributions on offense were gravy. So glad we get him for his final year!
